MEGA PROJECT
The whole process from brainstorming different ideas in a circle to the selection of one Idea was very learnable. During this whole period we as a team works together as a family. Every member participate and give their best. Many times we disagree, gave each other constructive feedback, but this all taught us a lot and making us more unite day by day. We also went through some miscommunication but this didn’t affected us because there was so much positive energy and kindness in each of our circle member.
Although we started working on our project late, after our meeting with the facilitators, all team members quickly came together to discuss and plan for our mega project, Social Terrace. We arranged a meeting with all group members where we discussed possible activities, schedule for our sessions, our marketing strategy and assigned and picked duties for creating a logo and social media pages.
Due to Sana’s prior experience of writing social media posts, she volunteered to help with the content creation and social media marketing of the project.
After an hour-long discussion about our plans in the Zoom meeting, we could not come up with a name that we all felt fit the idea. But after a lot of thought and discussion on the WhatsApp group, the team unanimously decided to choose Anshaal’s suggestion for the name of the project, Social Terrace, the perfect name befitting our mission for the mega project.
Amna, Umair, Omair, and Anshaal volunteered to work on the logo design and the creation of social media pages. Amna and Umair sent mock ups of great logo designs that the team absolutely loved and we decided on this logo:

Siddiqa was the MVTP as she got to work immediately after the meeting and created a survey as it was a new experience for her as she had never created a Google form which was to test out what our potential audience would like to see in the sessions. The survey received 83+ responses as all of the team members shared it with the batch and their friends and family.

What Social Terrace is all about?
The social terrace is the social idea for the community, especially for people to help them get relaxed and entertained them from their daily routine tasks in the prime time. We will incorporate mini-games, open mic, painting, cooking, art, fun activities, and much more interactive tasks in our online session.
What will be the key deliverables of Social Terrace?
- Our plan is to create a fun online session with energetic and thrilling activities, as mentioned above.
- We will also provide boxes with the gift of having things relating to the activities which we will be doing in the session, in that way we can market our products to the attendees.
What about the current progress?
We have started social media marketing on Facebook and going to start on Instagram soon.
We also collect responses of the masses through a Google form. The statistics are shown below.
· The wholesome responses we got were about 83.
· The age group of people is mostly in the range of 21–26 years.
· The games suggested by people were Ludo, online computer games, storytelling, book sharing (reviewing)

- We get 83 responses in total. 58.5% were females and 41.5% males.
• There were different age groups but majority was people of age
• 21- 26 years i.e. 81.7%, 11% of age 15–20 years, and 7.3% of age 27–35 years.
• 76.8% prefer mix sessions of boys and girls and 19.5% suggest only girls sessions.
• Many different activities and games were suggested by the respondents.
• Total 11 Activities are decided for now, as people are interested and are suggesting more. Those will also be incorporated in future.
